Gaucho Ways was born from memory, resilience, and love for tradition. I grew up in Patagonia, Argentina, where food was never just food—it was connection, culture, and care. Empanadas were made by hand, shared at the table, and passed down through generations. Those flavors became part of who I am.

After years living and working abroad, including Italy, I carried those traditions with me. Eventually, I brought them to the U.S. and began Gaucho Ways with one simple goal: to share authentic Argentine food made with integrity, patience, and heart. Every empanada is handcrafted from scratch, honoring the flavors of home while creating something meaningful for the community here.

Building Gaucho Ways has not been easy. Like many small food businesses, I face financial challenges—from rising ingredient costs to equipment needs and production limitations. Despite these obstacles, the response from the community has been overwhelming. Every event, every customer, every message reminds me why this work matters.

Funding will help Gaucho Ways grow sustainably. It will allow me to invest in proper equipment, increase production capacity, participate in more local events, and create stable opportunities to keep this dream alive. Most importantly, it will help preserve and share a cultural tradition that deserves to be tasted, remembered, and celebrated.
