In Argentina, empanadas are part of everyday life. They are made at home, shared with family, and brought to the table for celebrations big and small. Each region has its own style, but the meaning is always the same—empanadas are about coming together.
Gaucho Ways Empanadas are inspired by those traditions. From the recipes to the way each empanada is folded by hand, we honor the flavors and customs we grew up with, influenced by the countryside and the gaucho way of life.
We focus on honest ingredients, familiar flavors, and careful preparation, combining tradition with modern production standards. Every empanada is made to feel familiar, comforting, and meant to be shared—just like in Argentina.

Our Story
I was born in Argentina, where empanadas are part of everyday life. They’re made at home, shared with family, and present at every gathering. They carry memories of the kitchen, the table, and the people you love.
When I moved to the United States, I brought those memories with me—and a dream. I wanted to share the flavors and traditions I grew up with, in a way that stayed true to where they came from while fitting into a new home.
Gaucho Ways Empanadas are the result of that journey. They reflect the recipes, care, and values I learned in Argentina, prepared with consistency and respect for modern standards. Every empanada tells the story of where I come from and the dream I carried with me.
